Steam Gala

The Leighton Buzzard Narrow Gauge Railway 2026 steam gala will be taking place on the 24 and 25 October.

We will be running an intensive 4 train timetable with 12 departures Saturday and 11 on Sunday and this will include some dusk running which will be a first for many years at one of our gala events! 

With our home fleet running we will be hoping to add to the fleet with some guest engines, so keep your eyes peeled on our social media and news channels for some announcements! 

We are also celebrating our 25th anniversary with our twin railway P'tit Train de la Haute Somme with lots of activities and themes to celebrate this special connection over the course of the weekend.  

Day rover tickets will be available on the day, while single-trip tickets will be available soon on our website.
